Our mission is to help as many Businesses, Executives and Leaders grow and be the best they can be. 

How do we plan on doing this

Firstly, we bring 30+ years of experience helping companies and people be the best they can be

Our goal for the next 10 years is to change and leave the world a better place.  What does that mean? People are our biggest asset. If we grow our people, we will create change. and grow our companies. The following paragraphs describe our Why, How, and What of who we are and why I think I can make a difference. 

Our Why - to Contribute
We believe in contributing to a greater cause. We want to make a difference in the lives of others. We love to support others, and we relish success that leads to the greater good. We seek to add value in everything that we do and we are often referred to as the “go-to” group.

Our How-Make Sense

We are really good at solving problems and making sense of complex and challenging situations. We are able to take lots of data and information and make it understandable and useful. I consider factors, problems, and concepts, and we are then able to organize them into workable solutions. We are great at summarizing the solution quickly and clearly to help people move forward. Often we are viewed as experts because of our unique ability to find solutions quickly.

Our What-Trust

WHAT we ultimately bring are solutions that business owners, executives and people can trust and count on to be accurate. We will look to do things correctly simply because that's what a trusted person would do. We take pride in delivering what we say we are going to, and we love being the trusted source. We believe that when relationships are based upon Trust, the sky's the limit.

The PTC Method

We have developed a framework for over 30 years of just what it takes to create million-dollar strategies and true leaders.
We focus on five(5) areas or as we call them the Five (5) pillars.

- People
We believe that each pillar builds upon the next and if done properly, your company will be positioned to scale and grow, being the best you can be. 
We like to take you through 4 levels to achieve your growth
Tandem - This is where we are closely connected helping you review and alter your company to move to the next level
Accelerate - At this level, we will help you build the foundation for your business positioning it to scale.
Momentum - Your company is growing and you as the business owner or executive, is not the bottleneck because we worked through that in the first two levels. You are growing your people, in turn, your company is growing. 
Pilot - Things are now totally in your control we check-in a couple of times a month just to keep things moving forward as planned. Now it is your time to give back to those at the Tandem level.

The famous writer Mark Twain once said, "Find a job you enjoy doing and you'll never work a day in your life". We live in very unique times, people are resigning from jobs across the country, looking for better work environments. So how are you going to keep your people? Only 12% of people leave a job for more money, 79% leave because they feel unappreciated, it's about the culture. So what's your plan? Do you even have one?

We all know the definition of insanity -- doing the same thing over and over expecting different results. It's time to do something different.
