Being the owner, founder, or C-Level Executive can be tough. Together we will examine what type of leader you are currently and what type of leader you want to be. What are your strengths? What are your struggles? We will look at ways to get the most out of your people and your business. We will examine your work/life balance and put together a plan to begin the transformational leadership process. The minimum length of coaching is 6 months that will involve weekly calls/meetings.
